Summer is here! My mom introduced this very delicious and healthy salad to me. It consists mainly of Quinoa, an edible seed which I have never eaten in my life, Basil ( I think… ), and tomatoes. We threw in some salmon to give the salad a bit more of a palette. It actually tastes very very good. Quinoa , from what I’ve heard, is mostly eaten by vegetarians. They are tiny seeds that are ball shaped and taste bland, kind of like a substitute for rice, except with more nutritional value. But yes! It was an enjoyable meal. 🙂 I’ll be seeing more of it this summer!
